James Hall Property Services Limited is the data controller for information you give us through this website, our social media and our online forms, including Facebook and Instagram lead forms.

What we collect
When you request a Market Intelligence Report, subscribe to our updates or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address and postcode, and your answers to short questions, such as whether your home is currently on the market. We also receive basic technical information when you visit our website, such as cookies and analytics data.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- prepare and send the Market Intelligence Report you asked for
- contact you about your report and your property plans
- send you local market updates if you have subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- keep accurate records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including anti money laundering checks if you later instruct us
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent when you submit a form or subscribe, on our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry and running our business, and on legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We may share it with eXp UK, our CRM and email providers, and other trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for the purposes above. If you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta also processes your information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for up to 2 years from our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw your consent, or ask for a copy to be transferred. Email james.hall@expuk.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
